On February 1, 2024, the Rotary Club of Owasso and Owasso Fire Department launched the Vial of Life program for seniors, housebound veterans, and those with medical conditions.
In a medical emergency, if a loved one is alone, unconscious, or confused—who provides their vital health information?
✅ The free Vial of Life kit does! It ensures EMS gets critical details fast.
