Student Dictionary Project for 3rd Graders

The Rotary Club of Owasso provides dictionaries for 3rd graders each year.  

Our thought process for this project is: "Children are learning to read up to the age of three. From three years old and up, children are reading to learn."  

The goal is to provide a dictionary for every 3rd grader each school year. 

Dictionaries are generally delivered between October and December.
